Watermelon Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1 cup chopped cantaloupe
1 cup seeded watermelon, chopped
1/4 cup orange juice (calories based on freshly squeezed OJ)
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
Procedure
Summer is the right time for watermelons and when blended into a smoothie they taste all the more good. In a blender place all ingredients and run until slushy. You may add more orange juice if the smoothie is thick. Pour into a chilled hurricane glass. Throw in a maraschino cherry and add a wedge of pineapple or strawberry to the top of the glass.
