Exercising can help to clear our skin and defy aging.

Lifting weights, doing aerobic workouts, and stretching into a yoga pose all benefit your skin as well as your body.
Most of the time, exercise conjures up images of losing weight, building muscle, and trimming thighs. But now, doctors say, another body part may benefit from regular workouts -- your skin.
Indeed, from reducing acne breakouts to fighting the signs of aging, health experts say regular exercise can play a big role in how young and how healthy your skin looks and feels.
What it happens is increased circulation and delivery of nutrients to skin cells, whooshing away potentially damaging toxins. Another is giving skin the optimum conditions for making collagen, the support fibers that help keep wrinkles and lines at bay.
But perhaps the most dramatic effects of exercise are on acne-prone skin. Doctors say working out provides many benefits that can help clear the skin. How? Exercise mediates the production of testosterone-related hormones such as DHEA and DHT. There's a lot of indirect evidence that shows that when you exercise your level of stress diminishes. So your adrenal glands are producing less of these male-type hormones that are part of any acne flare-up. The proof? Try to remember any situation that increased your stress level -- meeting a deadline, receiving an unexpected bill that needs to be paid, disagreements in family -- and you're likely to recall a breakout. Almost everyone's skin flares when they are under stress but especially those who already is prone to acne. Exercise, can help control it. By reducing stress, it tends to quiet the adrenals. There is less hormone output which in turn helps control acne.
According to dermatologists, regular exercise also increases sweating, which in turn can unclog pores and have a positive effect on breakouts.
In the long run, people who exercise have a better complexion overall. If they have acne, it's better controlled, and if they have occasional breakouts they are definitely less severe, and clear quicker and easier.
This same hormone-reducing activity can also benefit your hair. Anything that controls the amount of male hormones your body produces can impact not only skin, but also androgenic hair loss. Anything you can do to reduce the production of these hormones is going to have beneficial results on both skin and hair.
While we don't often think of exercise has having any specific anti-aging effects on skin, experts say it most definitely does. One is by influencing the natural production of collagen, a kind of connective tissue that plumps your skin and gives your face the bloom of youth. Our fibroblasts, which are the collagen-producing cells in the skin, became fewer in number and they become lazy as we get older. Skin becomes less firm, drier, and even more wrinkled. However, add an exercise routine to your beauty regimen and you infuse skin cells with oxygen as well as other nutrients. Both set up ideal conditions for collagen production.
Beyond helping your muscles relax, doctors say most aerobic exercise, such as walking or bicycling, also offer a "cleansing" effect on skin. This helps remove toxins that assault the skin --like cigarette smoke, air pollution, even chemicals commonly found in grooming products such as hair spray, deodorant, and shower gels. The better your circulation, which is something aerobic exercise can improve, the more effectively toxins are removed. The better and healthier your skin will not only be, but also look.
What can help your skin even more: Hydrating your body before and after exercise.
If you are properly hydrating yourself during exercise you will get better blood flow to the skin, which in turn encourages the elimination of toxins that would otherwise accumulate in the skin cells. This is particularly true for those who overindulge in alcohol, drugs, or even junk food.
Proper fluid intake -- water in particular -- can increase skin blood flow, allowing the washing out of those toxins, which in turn will help skin not only look better but also be healthier.

To get your boyfriend attached to you..

Do you feel like he's just not as interested in you as when you first met?
 Smile.....Hug.....Love
Keep in mind that smile when you see your boyfriend or husband looking at you or toward you..
Always keep in touch with your love and be there for him so he knows that you care and he will care for you in the same way.Show him that you trust and love him with your actions. Make your actions match what you say.Remember to try to look nice every day. Men will like women that have good personal hygiene.let him be the one to say "I love you" that way you know you've done a good job, because if you say it first, he might feel pressured to say it back, so it wouldn't really be sincere.Always tell him to smile.Tell him "I love you" every once in a while.Try to sort out disputes as quickly as possible to avoid long-term resentment creeping in. Remember not to make a big deal of little issues.Be there for him when he needs you.Be your natural self. You can't fake love .Of course you should be hundred percent sure you love him before saying  "I LOVE YOU " These words means a lot to a real man so be careful..Make eye contact from across the room and smile or laugh, then hold the eye contact for a few seconds and quickly turn around while smiling.
If your boyfriend is down in the dumps about something, a warm hug will feel reassuring.

Don't forget to talk  to him on the phone. Talking is different from texting.
Even if your boyfriend isn't the most talkative person in the world,
it's a good idea to talk a little bit each day. This will help build a
connection and make him want to continue that intimacy that you
showed with him in the beginning.

Remember, especially when you're out in public, to be a lady. A sexy outfit in private is the stuff of his dreams, but no guy wants to share his girlfriend.Act out a scene from a movie. Take one of his favorite movies, play the part, and make it a little sexy. He should be laughing and then crying for joy.
Kissing him on the back of the neck or behind the ear is a very intimate kiss. Get ready to have a moment!
kissing him on his cheek or the back of the hand is a very nurturing kiss. He'll be sure to feel warm and looked after. When you ready  kissing him on the mouth is one of the surest ways to communicate your love. Kiss him gently, look into his eyes, and smile.

I have learned  a lot from this life ..so my experience is
let your boy friend or husband  say to you" I love you ".

To get rid of mice read this

To get rid of mice, many people wish to repel and drive out critters before clearing away traps, locating dead carcasses hidden in walls, and shelling out the money to hire an exterminator. If you are looking for home remedies to get rid of mice, grandma Susan will give us the following suggestions maybe one will suite your needs:

Peppermint and Peppermint Oil:

Soak a cotton ball in the Peppermint oil and place it at a suspected entryway. If you are already battling a mice problem, sprinkle mint leaves in the parts of your home that the mice like to frequent. Mint is known to repel mice in most cases, but you must remember to replace old leaves with fresh ones on a regular basis.

Sprinkle some Chamomile leaves around your kitchen or garage ..mice hate the smell and they will disappear

Some people have been successful in keeping mice away by sprinkling Bay leaves in their kitchen.

If you place Mothballs around your garage, mice will look for other places to live. In the house, mothballs are used to deter mice from kitchen cupboards, drawers, and other storage spots.

Are you looking for an effective bait to lure your unwanted visitor? The next time you lay traps, use Peanut butter as bait – a treat that a mouse cannot resist. Since the peanut butter is sticky, he or she is unable to swipe it before setting off a trap

Cleanliness

  • Clean your hands before meal. Cleanliness not only establishes you as an organized person, but also shows respect towards food. Though you may not use your hand to eat, yet you might need at times.
  • Be careful while you serve something on your plate or while you take the food from your plate to mouth, you should not drop food here and there.

etiquette manner

table manners, if followed nicely, can add taste to the food and the wholesome dining experience. It not only makes the guest feel good and cared for, but the host too gets complemented and feels good. It also makes the dining experience hassle-free and everyone gets their due attention.

  • Do not interfere is someone else is talking, wait for them to finish. Even you have to prove a point, wait.
  • Do not put your left hand or elbow on the table. Use left hand only to cut the food then slide it down.
  • If it gets urgent for you to leave the table, politely ask for permission from everyone, while you are seated. Do not stand up and ask.
  • Match your pace with everyone else so that you don’t finish your food too early or too late.
  • Help ladies put their chair in place.(for men )
  • Most important thing is that you should thanks and complement the host for food, service and atmosphere. You may also complement on decor.

Table Setting

The table setting for breakfast is  easier than setting for any formal dinner or lunch occasion. Still you should know the basics, so that you can have complete confidence in your breakfast table setting to serve your guest in most formal way. To serve breakfast, you will require less table items. But you should put more attention to decorate the table beautifully, as breakfast sets the mood for the day.

Table Decoration

The breakfast table should always have a fresh and clean look. Keeping this in mind, I

can only think of table covers and place mats in light and soothing shades of color. Bright and dark color usually is not that fit for the morning shades, but one can always be creative in experimenting. To talk about the center piece, fresh flowers are the best choice for decorating the breakfast table. You don’t always have to buy an expensive bouquet, even a bunch of freshly picked flowers from your personal garden can also convert the mood of breakfast table in a refreshing one.

  Table Items

As I have already mentioned that the breakfast table setting requires comparatively less number of cutlers and china set. Here is the list of essential items you need to collect to set up the breakfast table.
  • Luncheon plate, Luncheon/Dinner fork and Luncheon/Dinner Spoon
  • Cereal bowl with teaspoon
  • Bread and Butter plate and Butter Spreader
  • Tea cup and saucer set with teaspoon
  • Water glass or tumbler and juice glass
It is always preferable to choose the china set with a decent shade and pattern for the breakfast purpose. Similarly, choose the sterling silver cutlers to give the table more authentic look. In case of glassware, crystal would be the best choice. Even the napkin with lace border can bring much difference to highlight the mood of the morning.

Rules on Table Setting for Breakfast

  • Step 1 – Place the luncheon plate on top of the place mat. If serving cereal, then place the cereal bowl on the luncheon plate.
  • Step 2 – Place the luncheon knife and one teaspoon sequentially just on the right side of the luncheon plate.
  • Step 3 – On the left side of the luncheon plate place the luncheon fork and napkin, respectively.
  • Step 4 – On the top row, place the bread and butter plate on the leftmost corner. Put the butter spreader across the plate.
  • Step 5 – On the rightmost corner of the top row, place two glasses for water and juice.
  • Step 6 – Put the tea serving set and a teaspoon on the rightmost place, in between the glasses and luncheon knife set.

Follow these simple rules on setting table for breakfast at your home and every morning enjoy a royal breakfast.

walking on the street

This is probably the rule most ignored these days: in the old days, people walking on the street would dress discreetly, talk discreetly, and never do anything which would draw attention to themselves. It was forbidden to mention names of friends as it is indiscreet. The gentleman always walked on the road side of the sidewalk – to protect the lady or ladies from passing traffic (which the two fakes in the photo above appear not to know). People would not look or talk to strangers passing and would never call out to a friend on the other side of the street.

A gentleman would have never:

A gentleman would have never:
1. Borrowed money from a lady
2. Borrowed money from a man without security and the intention to pay it back as quickly as possible
3. Discussed money
4. Discussed his possessions or their cost
5. Name dropped: “When I was dining with Mr Rich…”, “I am great friends with Miss Gottabuck”

On the other hand, he would have assumed the debts of a deceased family member as it was a debt of honor. How far we have come! Money and the pursuit of wealth has become so obvious these days that a whole new term has been coined because of it: conspicuous consumption.
