You will need the following components: two tablespoons of dried sage, three tablespoons of hot water two tablespoons of dried chamomile flowers. How to use the mask Pour three tablespoons of hot water over two tablespoons of dried sage and two tablespoons of dried chamomile flowers. Cover the herbs and set aside to cool. When the herbs have swollen and become lukewarm, you can put the mask on your face and neck . Keep it for about twenty minutes. Cover it with gauze mask so that the mask adheres well to the skin of the face and neck. After twenty minutes, wash off the mask with warm; water. You can also wash off the mask with warm milk This mask reduces redness, irritation of the skin, as well as soothes skin reactions to adverse external factors, such as cold, heat, wind, or chlorinated water. Use it once a week.
