Prune cake





Prune cake

Ingredients
300 g (2 cups) flour
200 ml (3/4 cup) canola oil
4 ounces (1/2 tablespoon) of baking soda
170 g (3/4 cup) white sugar
170 g (3/4 cup) brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs
330 g (5 units) fresh prunes, cut into quarters or dry prunes soak them in water or can

Preparation
 If using fresh Prunes - boil with 100 ml of water and 100 grams of sugar, until soft but not melting. Remove from heat and cool side. 

In a bowel mix the two types of sugar, oil, baking soda, cinnamon and flour until you get a uniform texture.
 Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix until a smooth batter.Use the mixer.
Now Add the prunesadd a little liquid . Mix well and pour into loaf pan.
 Preheat oven to 145 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
