Lasagna with spinach low calories meal




 

½ package lasagna
500 g ricotta cheese
2 eggs
200g fresh spinach leaves washed and finely chopped
Jar of prepared tomato sauce
7 - 5 slices of mozzarella cheese
10 fresh basil leaves  chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

 In a large bowl mix the cheese with the eggs. Season with salt and pepper and add spinach leaves and basil.
 Arrange a layer of lasagna  pour on them 1/4 cup water. add 1/3 of the  tomato sauce and 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Again Arrange a layer of lasagna put the tomato and cheese again. Repeat steps 3 times. Arrange  mozzarella cheese on top..
 Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place in oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake lasagna about 40 minutes Serve hot.
