This summer sandwish is a low calorie meal,
all you need cucumber and some turkey or pastrami and decorate it your way
Cut your cucumber to make it appropriate for a sub sandwich and scoop out the seeds
Use your favorite cold cuts I prefer pastrami and turkey ,put mustard and mayo .Now dig in
For the summer is the best sandwich and of course less calories from bread sandwich
Great idea for low carb diets as well as gluten-free folks.
