Cheese cake


 This cheese cake is delicious it's my grandma's recipe...

The bottom of the cake:Three  eggs( white) yolks 1/2 cup  of sugar5 tablespoon cornstarch1/2 cup of ground roasted hazelnuts
Cheese filling:

1 cream
cheese 4 whole eggs2 ½ cups sour cream1/3 cup of sugarone cup  flourZest of one lemonTsp vanilla extractTopping:Two eggs( only the whites)3 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoon rose waterPreparation:

    
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  
whisk  eggs and add sugar gradually while whipping. Continue beating until you get a stable foam.
   in a 
food processor grind together cornstarch, hazelnuts and sugar.
    
Add the ground-nut mixture into the egg whites and fold until mixture is smooth.
    
Line up a pan with baking paper and pour in the batter.
    
Bake for about 25 minutes until its golden.
    
When baked biscuit cool for about 20 minutes at room temperature.
    
Reduce the temperature to 250 degrees.
    
Prepare the cheese mixture: Mix together all the filling ingredients into a smooth mixture.
    
Pour the batter over the baked base and bake another 45 minutes or until top of pie crust stable.
    
Cool the cake completely at room temperature and refrigerate.
    
Beat yolks and sugar until stable then add rose water, now transfer it into a decorating bag     

     decorate with berries or other fresh fruit.
