face mask is particularly good for soothing and calming the skin. Make it up fresh.
- ¼ tsp green clay
- ½ tsp ground almonds
- ¼ tsp ground oatmeal
- 3 tbsp rosewater
- 1 drop chamomile essential oil
- 6 drops vitamin E oil (from capsules if you can’t get the pure liquid form)
- 1 unbleached coffee filter paper
Add 5 to 10 ml of the rose mixture to 2.5 ml of the blended dry ingredients, and mix well into a smooth paste. Apply a thin layer over your face, avoiding the area around the eyes. Put a little of the liquid rose blend on two cotton wool pads and place them over closed eyes. Leave for 10 minutes, then remove and wash off the mask with water.
