Chocolate-Banana Smoothie Recipe 


Prep Time:


Ingredients

  • 3 medium bananas, sliced, frozen
  • 3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt 
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk 

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
