Banana mask for hair loss
Bananas are one ingredient used to make an all natural hair-loss mask.
Hair loss affects several million men and women each year. There are several costly solutions to this problem, but these are not guaranteed effective. Home remedies can be used, including a hair mask made from all natural ingredients that can help strengthen the hair and potentially stop any further hair loss. The ingredients required for these recipes can be found at a grocery store or in your kitchen pantry. Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
1 ripe banana
Medium sized bowls
Fork
3-4 drops almond oil
2 tbsp. Indian gooseberry powder
Shampoo
Conditioner
6 tbsp. plain yogurt
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 egg
Shower cap
Instructions
Banana Hair Mask

Mush one ripe banana in a medium sized bowl with a fork.

Add 3 to 4 drops almond oil and 2 tbsp. Indian gooseberry, or amla powder. This powder can be purchased at health food stores and is rich in vitamin C, iron, calcium and antioxidants.

Work the paste into the scalp and hair, and allow it to sit for 10 to 15 minutes.

Rinse the mask from the hair with warm water. Shampoo and condition the hair as normal.
Yogurt, Egg and Olive Oil Mask

Pour 6 tbsp. plain yogurt into a medium sized bowl.

Add 3 tbsp. olive oil and 1 egg to the mixture.

Mix the ingredients until they are well incorporated, and place the mask onto the scalp and hair.

Cover the scalp and hair with a shower cap, and allow the mask to sit for 10 to 15 minutes.

Rinse the mask away with warm water. Shampoo and condition as usual.

Do you do one mask right after the other or is it either or?
