Okay so here is how it is going to be. First and foremost the picture of the child, who should be no older than 9 years old, should be related to the person submitting the photo whether it be your own child, your niece or nephew, your god-child, your grandchild, etc.. Now for the fun part. Dress up the child in a fashionable outfit that is decent and age appropriate and send in one photo to cr...@live.com . Duplicates or additional photos will not be accepted. In your submission include your full name, child's full name, child's age and your relationship to the child. Any submission that does not contain all that is asked for will not be added! Submissions will be accepted until March 18, 2013 . We will be adding all photos submitted into one album which will be shared for all to view. From March 19 - April 7, 2013 will be the voting period in which you have to accumulate the most amount of likes, shares and comments on your picture to win. Tell friends and family to share, comment and like...Just spread the word to get it to the top! On April 8, 2013, we will post the TOP Twenty photos who will be in the final round to get more likes. The final round will last until April 12, 2013. And finally on April 13, 2013 we will announce the WINNERS!!!
