Tabouleh my way it's my favorite salad dish






Ingredients:

1/2 cup Bulgar
  one shopped red onion
  1 ts Salt
1/2 tablespoon  Ground allspice
some chopped fresh mint leaves
  2 bunch chopped fresh parsley leaves
  3 Finely chopped scallion
  One  lemon
5 table spoon  Extra-virgin olive oil
2 shopped  cucumber
2 shopped tomatoes
teaspoon cumin


Method:
Soak  Bulgar in warm water for 30 minutes.  In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients like you making salad.  Drain Bulgar by pressing hard to extract as much water as possible, and add  mixture . Toss salad well and season with lemon juice, salt ,olive oil and cumin...
 Now the tabouleh ready to eat and better serve it with fish....
